Our ragged coastline makes for interesting walking. Jeff tends to head out onto the mudflats (eewwww!) at low tide so he can poke around in search of fossils so old they make my head spin. While he does that, I can walk out along the sea wall for an overview of the the river, the saltings, and the wildlife. I decided to turn around, however, when I found myself outnumbered by sheep.
Jeff, on the other hand, ran into a local sea creature — which didn’t slow him down in the slightest!
