Today I showed up
in the four directions that matter most:
I reached in, to feel my heart,
and out, to connect with others,
down to dig for truth,
and up, to God.
Tonight I can sleep in peace,
secure in my faith,
believing in promises kept.

So glad you posted this here… the one in my e-mail appeared as some sort of cosmic bar code, in varying shades of grey, unreadable by us mere mortals… but here, we can all delight and take sustenance from your words and image…
